Terms of Service

Last updated: August 17, 2026

Aurowall ("we") provides ambient screens: moods, scenes, music, focus timers, calm games, and business displays. By using aurowall.com you agree to these terms.

The service

Aurowall is provided as-is, without warranties. Music and some visuals are streamed from YouTube and Pexels; that content belongs to its creators and can change or disappear outside our control. We work to keep the atmosphere on, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party streams.

Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your account. Room chat must stay civil — no harassment, hate, spam, or solicitation; messages may be removed and repeat offenders suspended. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to break it, or violate these terms.

Business displays and uploads

You may only upload media you have the rights to show publicly — your logo, your photos, your videos, or properly licensed content. No unlawful, hateful, or infringing material. Display pages are public; you are responsible for what your screen shows. We may remove content or displays that violate these rules. Playing music in a commercial space can require a public-performance license in your jurisdiction — that is your responsibility, not ours.

Artist Rooms and rights evidence

Artist Room publishers must identify whether a room is entirely self-owned or depends on a collaborator, label, publisher, or mixed rights. When third-party rights apply, we may require private permission, license, contract, or split-sheet documentation before approval. A room automatically leaves public delivery when its recorded rights expire or when its last required active document is revoked. Providing documents does not transfer ownership to Aurowall or guarantee approval. Country-limited rooms may be unavailable when we cannot reliably determine the viewer's country.

Fair use

Don't scrape, resell, or rehost the service; don't use it to redistribute the underlying streams or media; don't probe or overload the APIs. The free tier is for reasonable personal and single-location business use.

Copyright complaints

Artist Rooms may only contain material the artist controls or is authorized to publish. We may disable access after a sufficiently complete copyright notice, notify the affected artist, accept a legally sufficient counter-notice, and restore material after the applicable waiting period unless the claimant reports court action. See our copyright page for the current contact and forms.

Aurowall maintains a repeat-infringer policy. Confirmed takedowns are recorded; repeated infringement can restrict publishing, and accounts may be terminated after review. We may also act immediately in severe or clearly abusive cases.

Paid plans

Paid features, when they launch, will be billed through Stripe with their own pricing shown at purchase. During the beta, business features are free and may change or gain limits as plans arrive.

Aurowall Earn

Aurowall Earn is a limited, review-based U.S. pilot operated by SSARI Inc., a Maryland corporation. It may share part of net collected direct-sponsorship revenue with eligible, enrolled users when a sponsor placement satisfies the current qualification rules. Participation, sponsor availability, and earnings are never guaranteed. Estimates are not balances, and no amount is owed until collected sponsor revenue is reviewed, allocated, and posted to your ledger.

You must be at least 18 to enroll. We may hold or deny enrollment or payouts when legal capacity, identity, country, tax, sanctions, fraud, or provider requirements are incomplete.

The pilot share is 50% of net collected revenue assigned to the applicable earning period. Net collected revenue means sponsor cash actually collected, less refunds, disputes, payment fees, applicable taxes, campaign credits, and disclosed adjustments. The share may change only for a future period and is fixed when that period opens. Qualified recipients divide the funded user pool under the disclosed period rules; time spent with Aurowall open, by itself, does not create earnings.

Posted credits ordinarily clear seven days after period close, but may remain pending during a documented revenue, account, fraud, legal, or provider review. The pilot payout threshold is $10 USD and payouts are manually reviewed. Stripe handles recipient onboarding and payout information. You are responsible for income and taxes applicable to you; SSARI Inc. may collect tax information, apply withholding, and issue reports when required by law.

Bots, scripted or manufactured viewing, click farms, multiple earning identities, telemetry tampering, device or network rotation to evade limits, and advertiser self-dealing are prohibited. We may disqualify impressions, hold an account, or block future participation after review. You may appeal from the Earn page. We preserve the ledger and decision history needed to explain financial outcomes.

Pending or cleared unpaid credits may be corrected by a visible linked reversal when the underlying sponsor revenue or qualification was invalid. During this pilot, we will not create a negative user balance or automatically deduct future earnings to recover a correction discovered after the related credit was paid. SSARI Inc. may pause or end the pilot prospectively while preserving existing accounting records and amounts already validly posted.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurowall is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using (or being unable to use) the service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continuing to use Aurowall after changes means you accept them. Questions: info@aurowall.com.
